Beef't / Beeft Jerky is operated by Joewy's Kitchen LLC. Because our products are food, we cannot accept returns once an order has been delivered.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will send a replacement or issue a refund. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at beeftjerky@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the product and packaging.

Lost packages
If your package is lost in transit, we will help you file a claim with the carrier and replace your order once the carrier confirms it is lost.

Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before it ships. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
